Prior to Your Event:

• CGA will work with you to schedule and design an event that will bring you the most impact.
  
• A CGA client services coordinator will work closely with you to arrange all the logistical details.
  
• CGA will help you promote the Swing Analysis as part of your event, by providing you with sample invitations and ideas to attract guests to participate.
  

At Your Event:

• Corporate Golf Academy’s Golf Professionals will bring and set up all the necessary equipment; all you need to do is provide us with a space approximately 20’ wide x 30’ long x 10’ high, with adequate lighting (for indoor events) and an electrical supply for our digital camera and computer. We can set up indoors or outside (weather permitting); for outdoor events, we will provide a canopy for the camera and computer equpment.
  
• As guests arrive for their Swing Analysis, we collect their names and email addresses; we can also collect other contact information which will be provided for you after the event.
  
• Our golf professionals will capture each participant's golf swing using two digital video camera angles; this takes approximately five minutes per person. Our system enables our PGA Certified Golf Professional to provide instant feedback to your guests through visualization, which is the key to improvement. Your guests will be able to see what's going on with their swing and make instant adjustments.
  
• If your schedule permits it, our PGA Golf Professionals can also add fun to your events with trick-shots, “beat-the-pro” contests and mini-clinics.
  
  

After Your Event:

• Our PGA Golf Professionals critique each participating golfer's swing and create a personal video lesson for each golfer.
• Each golfer receives an email directing them to a website where they can access their swing analysis video. If there is an event sponsor, the video will include a sponsor logo and/or message.
